These terms cover your use of Clearly, a browser-based tool for extracting and cleaning text and tables from documents.

The tool as-is

Clearly is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Text and table extraction rely on automated processing (PDF parsing and optical character recognition) and can produce incomplete or inaccurate results, particularly with poor scans, unusual layouts, or handwriting. You are responsible for reviewing extracted content before relying on it for anything important.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the content you extract. Clearly does not claim ownership of your documents. You are responsible for having the right to upload and process any file you use with this tool.

Acceptable use

Don't use Clearly to process content you don't have the right to use, or in a way that violates applicable law. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the tool's usage limits.

No guaranteed accuracy

Clearly does not guarantee that extracted text or tables will be complete, accurate, or free of errors. Numbers, dates, and names extracted via OCR should be independently verified before use in any decision with financial, legal, medical, or similar consequences.

Availability

Clearly is offered as a free utility with a soft daily usage limit to prevent abuse. Availability is not guaranteed, and the tool may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Clearly are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool, including reliance on extracted or cleaned content.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Clearly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
